Steven Presley has been buying, selling, managing and building real estate for 30 years. Over the last 12 years, Steve has participated with others in the marketing, purchasing and selling of some 3,000 pre-construction properties worth $1.5 billion. He has personally bought and sold $10 million worth of pre-construction properties.

Steve currently serves as a principal in Price Morgan, LLC. For 20 years, Steve has owned a real estate management company, specializing in single-family houses and beachfront resort condominiums. He has also owned a construction company for four years, building custom and spec houses.

Prior to that, Steve served in corporate America for 23 years, holding a management position as President and CEO of a Fortune 500 company. He currently co-owns a major logistics company based in Tennessee.
